Wednesday, June 24, 2009 from 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM (ET)
Social CRM is a whole new dynamic -
a way of approaching and cultivating customer relationships that's
focused on people instead of tools, collaboration instead of control,
and valuable experiences instead of transactions. How are these new
expectations changing the game, and what role do we play in the
evolution?
Join Radian6, Chris Brogan, and The Rockstars of Social CRM for an interactive, fast-paced participant round-up & panel to discuss why social CRM needs our attention.
When:
Wednesday, June 24 from 8:00-11:00 pm EDT (program portion to end by 9:30)
Who:
What:
RSVP above for the live event; space and tickets are limited.
Can't make it live?
With limited space for the local Boston event, and lots of folks across the web, we wanted to bring the event live to the social web so everyone can get in on the fun. We've got a brand new Twebinar format just for the occasion.
If you remember last year's Radian6 Twebinar Summer Series hosted by Chris Brogan you'll know that the combination of live video, rich content, and a firehose of Twitter interaction took participants on a fast-paced adrelaline ride. The format is back, this time with more live video, more interaction and a brand new Twebinar interface designed specifically for the fun. Here is a sneak peak at the new interface :

By being part of this event, you'll be one of the first to take this new Twebinar app for a spin. RSVP now to reserve your spot, since space is limited. (We'll send you some instructions via email the day of the event).
